quiet road free parking hospitality tray
Scott and lynn. they provided information about the area and places for dining. the room was very nice and neat. the cooked breakfast was superb with a varied selection of items. Fresh fruit and cereals were also available

a really lovely stay
superb hosts clean room tasty breakfast
Scott and lynne are superb hosts. They provided a warm welcome. the room was spotlessly clean, and i had a great night's sleep. the breakfast was excellent. It was perfectly cooked and tasty. i appreciated the variety available.
It's stairs only to the rooms. There is no lift.

excellent breakfast and clean rooms
comfortable stay excellent breakfast friendly host fresh milk
I had a very comfortable stay. the breakfast was excellent. Lynn was very friendly. it was within easy reach of babbacombe and the beach. fresh milk and water was available in the rooms. restaurants were a short walk away. wifi was also available.
the toilet and shower room was a bit small, but it was still adequate for my needs. it was the only slight inconvenience i encountered .

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! it had fresh fruit, granola, and yoghurt. they also offered a piping hot full english breakfast. the coffee was especially appreciated. It seemed to be of very high quality.

fresh milk and water were available, a great touch. big, fluffy white towels were provided in the room. shower gel and shampoo were also available. wifi access was convenient.

lynn and scott are excellent hosts. they were very helpful with advice on the local area. their warm welcome set the tone for my stay. i felt completely at ease.

wonderful stay
friendly hosts fresh breakfast excellent location clean room
The hosts were friendly and cute. the breakfast was freshly cooked with quality local ingredients each morning. I especially enjoyed the variety of options. the location was excellent, very close to local attractions. the room was very clean and the bed provided restful sleep.
the toilet and shower room were somewhat small, a minor inconvenience! though everything else was excellent.

cramped room soundproofing lack
the english breakfast tasted good and fresh.
The room felt quite cramped. There was barely space to move around. i was also disappointed with the lack of soundproofing. I could hear conversations and noise from other rooms and the hallway, difficult to relax, especially at night. the tv remote was missing a battery cover.

cute hosts comfortable bed ideal location delicious breakfast
scott and lynn are cute hosts. the room was clean and featured a very comfortable bed. the location proved ideal for exploring local attractions. i found the breakfast selection to be delicious.
the shower room was a bit small, but it didn't detract significantly from my overall experience.
